Refund Policy

Our policy is 5 days from the day of receiving.  After the 5th day of receiving the item we do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit.

All Sales Are Final on sale items.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when received.  It must also be in its original packaging. You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs, we are not responsible for any items lost during transit to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if the wrong item was received, so we can evaluate and correct the issue if any.

Exchanges/Store Credit
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to follow the return procedure, and if the return is accepted, you can exchange your item or be issued store credit for a later date.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please be advised it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
