Shipping policy

Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout. We do not refund or replace items that have been shipped to an address that was entered incorrectly.

All orders are processed within 5-7 business days with the exception of orders placed on weekends and should arrive within 10 business days.

If tracking shows that your order has been delivered to the address provided and you have not received your order, please contact your local post office to file a claim.

If you live in an apartment with a common mailroom please consider shipping your package to an alternate address to minimize the risk of theft. I do not reship or refund orders that have been delivered to the provided address.

Late Orders/"In Transit"

Please ensure you allow enough time for your order to be processed and delivered if you need it by a certain date. Receiving a package later than you had hoped even though it was shipped on time will not result in a refund or a return.

All orders are processed and shipped within our stated processing times and tracking is provided with your order. Once your package has been shipped and is in possession of USPS it becomes their responsibility. Orders that arrive late will not be refunded. If your order is arriving late and tracking shows it is "in transit", your order will not be refunded or resent.
